New information: Just last night I received an email from the man in Kentucky whose name is Dean. I'm hoping to talk to him on the phone today but we'll see since I'm fighting a bad bout of bronchitis this week. Hopefully you'll be able to view more photos here very soon.
A little history about these photos first. The witness lives in Kentucky and a daylight picture of his residence appears first. The individual who took the following pictures originally posted his sightings at the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) with the assumption that they were alien oriented UFOs. The MUFON director for the State of Kentucky picked up on his sightings and visited his home on the September 13, 2008. While he was at the home, the MUFON director himself witnessed what the resident had been photographing since early June 25th.
I emailed the MUFON director in Kentucky and he responded with the following.
"While I have some opinions about the case so far....I have to reserve judgment until we have had a chance to investigate it further...after all we are taking on a case with already over 30 gb's of pictures....the case seems to be more of a spiritual nature but I still can not comment yet."

So essentially we not only have the original photographer, we have the director of MUFON for the State of Kentucky as a witness as well.
The original pictures (links) that were uploaded directly to MUFON's case management system are found directly above the picture it pertains to. I will also mention that there are three cameras going on and sometimes at the same time. Here is an Exif data viewer to use if you like but make sure you only use it on the originals (urls) and not the pictures that I've posted.
I will continue to update his pictures in this same spot as they are made available. Below are 24 originals and this individual has upwards of 100, and possibly more now. I've taken the liberty to zoom into the pictures as to show the pixel distribution. If he's got hundreds of these pictures, I see no reason why he would spend the time trying to modify pixels and I see nothing out of the ordinary in regards to such.
The gentleman in Kentucky has a few comments he's made in the MUFON case management system, which I will retrieve and post a little later as well. From reading them previously he does appear to be a spiritual individual as he references God and praying while asking to see such things.
These sightings were from the dates August 1 and 24, September 7, 11 and 13th, 2008 and continue today - September 13, 2009.

He did show all of his photos to the MUFON director (Earle) when he visited his home. In so many words, Earle said that they want to play catch up with the three submitter numbers already in the works on MUFON's CMS and the 37g he hasn't yet uploaded to CMS before they go forward with the rest of the photos.
Take you time with the Photos. I never except first impressions explanations as definitive answer from especially over the web. I had optics experts including Maccabee tell me something on first viewing a Photo and when I argued with then and pointed things out they changed their mind. I"m also doing that right now with an optics MUFON expert in New York. He told me a video of UFOs were clouds. He got back to me and he agreed indeed the objects were interesting and he is still studying them. So first impression mean nothing. Sometimes you have to shake them out of their mindset to take a closer look.

Since August of 2007, we also have been cataloging photographs and videos. We have been absolutely compelled to get out and capture this phenomenon in all weather conditions because of its incredible nature.
The images appear in various shapes and sizes, and also seem to be making what look like “Aerial Crop Circles”. We believe that people will be amazed to know of their existence.
These benevolent beings could awaken the world to the previously unknown. We truly believe that this could chart never before explored territory, much like the exploration of Christopher Columbus, to prove to the world that the earth wasn’t really flat at all.
Many of the images appear to be very Mayan looking in their appearance which leads me to believe, did the Mayan civilization really have it right? Will the year 2012 be what so many are now predicting, as the Mayan Civilization previously did?
We would welcome any information or possible interpretation for study to see if these beings could be sending messages for humanity at a time where help is so badly needed in the world. I don't know how to find Dean. I had his phone number and address and even website but that computer went south a couple of years ago.
